今年新たに設けられた賞に“最優秀サーヴィスの優れたアフタヌーンティー/Best Tea Service”があります。
アフタヌーンティーそのもののみならず、その周辺にも重点がおき、
トータルバランスをみていくようになる表れでしょう。
それにしても、昨年の“アフタヌーンティー・アウォーズ2016”と比べて、
なんとまあ入れ替わりの激しいことよ！
一部例外はあるものの、ほとんどが（ポッシュな）ホテルに入っています。
まあ、これはこの賞のいつものこととして、今年はロンドン以外のところが何軒か混じっていたのが大きな変化かもしれません。
